I love it!πŸ’• Wonderful reminder deck when you need a refresher. Especially cause the DBT book can be kind of big and confusing. Especially if you're trying to use it while you're feeling dysregulated. So, having these more succinct notes, it's actually quite nice. I have been carrying them around in my "de-stress bag" (I love a good pun). I am very thankful these exist. And i'm very glad I was able to get some. So, thank you for making them 🦭. The only thing that stuck out to me was the rings explanation of paced breathing is different than my understanding of pace breathing. Anyway still amazing.


Having taken the DBT course and the RO DBT, this card set is very well written in an easy to understand format. It’s great to have when a moment arises that needs one of these skills! It is invaluable! Great Job!
