After having completed a DBT Skills course, I quickly recognized how powerful the mindset skills were for ANYONE in their every day life journey. As a mother of teens, I wanted to teach my kids healthy coping skills that would help get them through the ups and downs of life. (Oh those teen years are rough!) I started designing and printing DBT & CBT skills to hang in our home. I used them as reminders & teaching guides. Thus began Wise Mind Mum! My goal as a designer is to create aesthetically pleasing and purposeful prints for anyone seeking to become more mindful and confident in their mental health journey.
